These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ju77 ("ju77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ju77 website located at https://ju77.vu and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional offers made available through the platform.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the platform. Each account must represent a single natural person.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that extends to ju77 or platforms of similar nature.

To access real-money gaming features on ju77, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each natural person is permitted to hold only one active account on ju77. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus-related winnings.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ju77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact ju77 support immediately.
• KYC Verification: ju77 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until the process is completed satisfactorily.
• Account Transfers: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your ju77 account to another person under any circumstances.

ju77 supports deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following accepted payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• All funds deposited to your ju77 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned subject to applicable processing fees.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction within the ju77 cashier interface.
• ju77 does not accept deposits made from funds that are the proceeds of any unlawful activity. The platform complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time.
• Processing times for deposits vary by method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically settle within 60 seconds under normal conditions. Bank transfer processing times may be longer and are subject to the policies of the sending financial institution.
• ju77 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility to verify before initiating a transfer.
• Deposited funds are held in your ju77 wallet and are available for use across all eligible gaming and betting sections of the platform immediately upon settlement.

Withdrawal requests from your ju77 account wallet are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit transaction on your account. ju77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods with no prior deposit history on the account.
• All accounts must complete KYC identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of verification.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours of submission. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of your selected payment method.

• Any attempted fraudulent withdrawal will result in the immediate suspension of the account and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.

ju77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer. The general terms governing all ju77 bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly within each offer's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino and sports betting may contribute at different rates than slots. Specific game contribution rates are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within a defined period from the time of credit. Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.

• Modification: ju77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players with an active bonus at the time of such a change will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to complete existing wagering requirements under the original terms.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the ju77 platform:

• All bets placed on ju77 are final once confirmed. ju77 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances where a clear technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being published, where market suspension was not processed correctly, or where there is evidence of system manipulation.
• In the event of a disputed bet settlement, the decision of the ju77 trading team is final subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14 of these Terms.
• ju77 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on specific markets, events, or individual player accounts at its sole discretion. Such limits may be applied without prior notice.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered where technically possible. ju77 does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific event or fixture. In-play bets accepted during a suspension period will be voided.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, international T20Is, Asia Cup matches, and Test series, are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the relevant section of the platform. These rules address common scenarios such as match abandonment, the Duckworth-Lewis method, player no-ball wides, and rain interruptions.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. ju77 does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes. Live casino games are hosted by third-party providers operating under their own licensing and RNG or live dealer frameworks.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ju77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account for purposes of circumventing account restrictions or bonus limitations.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by ju77.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or betting on the basis of information not legitimately available to the general public.
• Laundering funds through the ju77 platform or using the platform as a vehicle for any financial transaction connected to unlawful activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino environments or coordinating betting strategies across multiple accounts to exploit platform rules or bonus structures.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, compromise, or circumvent any security, authentication, or game logic system on the ju77 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in offensive conduct toward ju77 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel connected to the platform.

ju77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We take our obligations as an operator seriously and provide a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no charge and are accessible from within the account settings section following a successful ju77 login.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap the total net losses permitted within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets are accepted until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders that notify them when a session has exceeded a defined duration.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ju77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from ju77.

Any unauthorised use of ju77 intellectual property may result in the immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ju77's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ju77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity resulting from platform downtime or technical failure.
• Delays in deposit settlement or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Errors in odds publication subsequently corrected by the ju77 trading team in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.
• Any force majeure event including natural disasters, regulatory actions, internet service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond ju77's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by ju77's negligence, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

ju77 collects and processes personal data from registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ju77 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, and access controls restricting data access to authorised personnel only.

ju77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law or by the terms of the platform's operating framework.

ju77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• A regulatory directive or legal obligation requiring account closure or restriction.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Account inactivity exceeding the period defined in the platform's dormancy policy, as updated from time to time.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or Terms breach, any confirmed real-money balance (net of active bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the ju77 platform, the following resolution process applies:

1. First Contact: Submit your complaint to the ju77 support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Provide as much detail as possible including your account username, the date and time of the incident, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. The support team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
2. Internal Review: ju77 will conduct an internal review of the complaint and provide a substantive written response within five (5) business days of acknowledgement. Complex disputes may take longer and players will be notified of any extension.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to the platform's compliance team by requesting escalation in writing. Escalated complaints will receive a final response within ten (10) business days.
4. External Resolution: Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may seek resolution through the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms under the platform's operating framework.

Chargebacks initiated without first following this complaints process are considered a breach of these Terms and will be treated as suspected fraud pending investigation.

ju77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, ju77 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the ju77 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page and in the sidebar.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which ju77 operates. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies in that jurisdiction.

Where a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The English language version of these Terms and Conditions is the binding version. Any translated versions are provided for convenience only and shall not override the English text in the event of any inconsistency.
